Support Our Work
Atheist Centre is a social change organization, founded in 1940 and striving to promote atheism and humanism as a life stance, spirit of inquiry, critical thinking, scientific temper, secular social work, social justice, human rights, so as to build a post-religious, non-discriminative and a rational society.
The work of Atheist Centre has received national and international recognition. In 2002, the Government of India released a commemorative postage stamp in the name of Gora, founder of Atheist Centre.
All through its journey of six decades, it is completely dependent on public donations for its activities. We thank all those who have supported us so far and look forward to your support to strengthen the atheist, humanist and social reform movement in India and globally.

Financial Donations:
You can support by:
- Sending Cheques and Bank & Demand Drafts in favour of “ATHEIST CENTRE” Payable at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. We are eligible to receive foreign donations as Atheist Centre is registered under FCRA.
- Bank/wire transfer. (Contact us for this option).
- Gifts through Wills or Estates.
- Stocks and Mutual Funds.
- Support an event/initiative/activity.
In Kind Donations:
If you wish to donate in kind, you can do so by:
- Donating books, DVDs, CDs, materials for Atheist Centre Library.
- Computers and other hardware equipment
- Subscribe for national and international magazines.
The donations in kind may be dropped off at Atheist Centre or sent by courier/post/sea mail, or whichever best suits you.
Note:
Atheist Centre is not in a position to pay for any transportation and other charges for receiving donations in kind.
